HOW WE OPERATE:

To better serve our clients, Lotus Transitions charges no upfront cost or deposit to begin your project, when completion is within one month. We attempt to reduce the cost of labor through the sale of unwanted items. We manage any and all steps in a process, to provide you with Peace of Mind. You will be provided with a written detailed project plan up front, and upon completion of your project, you will receive a detailed invoice and supporting documentation.

Yes, we keep as much as possible out of the landfill and work with local charities to donate gently used items.
This is a typical scenario and are a trusted resource. Most of our business comes to us through referrals who trust our work. We will also keep you apprised of our progress remotely.
We will either personally remove items ourselves or coordinate the removal of remaining items, and will broom sweep your entire home.
