We work with realtors to enhance their professional offering by providing in-home staging assessments for their clients, typically within one to two hours. Additionally, we provide sellers with room redesigns, enhancing the best features of the home at low costs to the client. Empty homes may be staged using small furniture, wall art, decor and soft goods, to provide a “lived-in” feel. Needed staging items may be rented from Lotus Transitions on a monthly basis with no security required.
